RENT SUBSIDY PROGRAM

The HUD Section and; Housing Choice Voucher Program is designed to help eligible families and individuals pay for their rent.

It provides payments to landlords on behalf of qualified clients. Homes are inspected to ensure they are in good condition.

The clients' share of the monthly rent amount is calculated on an individual basis.

If you have a printer, you can download the necessary form to apply for Rental Assistance directly from this web site.
Just click the links below and save the file to your computer. You can then use your computer's printer to print the form.

Please fill out and return the per-application form.

When we receive your forms in the mail we will determine if you are eligible for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. We will notify you in writing of that determination.

Please be aware there is a Waiting List for the program.

Keep a copy of your application form and be sure to notify us if your address or phone number changes. You will be required to prove and update your information in order to determine your eligibility status when your name is at the top of the Waiting List.
